HP Trading Group Pty Ltd is looking for a talented Kitchen/FOH team for our brand-new beautiful venue Bistrol Sol, Holiday INN in Townsville Queensland.

The operations extend from Breakfast, lunch and dinner to weekend brunch and High-Teas.

Head Chef, Sous Chef, CHEF, CDP- Multiple positions ($85,000 - $95, Visas available

Head Chef positions require a minimum of 3-5 years of kitchen experience.

Sous Chef positions require a minimum of 3-4 years of kitchen experience.

Chef de Partie positions require a minimum of 1-2 years of kitchen experience.

* Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus
* Ensuring high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times
* Collaborate with owners in developing the menu and creating new recipes
* Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas
* Accepting deliveries and checking invoices, weight and dates of product
* To act in accordance with the Company's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workplace, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance programs and guidelines
* Breakfast ,Lunch, Dinner experience is a must. Pastry skills would be a plus.

Kitchen Crew- All Levels ($55,000 - $75, Visas available.

Kitchen Crew positions require a minimum of 6-12 months of kitchen experience.

* Ladder section
* Grill Section
* Pan Section
* Prep/kitchen hands

FOH:-Supervisors, Barista, Water/Waitresses ( Full Time & Casuals)

Supervisor positions require a minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant experience.

Restaurant Manager positions require a minimum of 3-4 years of restaurant experience.

* Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
* COFFEE & BAR TENDING skills would be a plus
* Previous A La Carte restaurant/bar experience which include tray service and handling large volumes of tables
* FOH positions require a minimum of 6-12 months of A La Carte restaurant experience.
* Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
* A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests
* A current RSA
* Willingness to undergo our specified training program
* Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
