This role is fixed-term casual position for 5 weeks (from 20th August 2025 to 23rd September 2025), with the possibility of ongoing work once a week upon completion.

The Role

The Receptionist will lead and oversee our front desk and lobby area. This role serves as the public face of Xanadu Group and is the primary point of contact for participants and visitors. Working 9am-5pm, this position is a casual full-time role situated at our South Perth Office.

About You

* Sound knowledge and commitment to supporting participants under the NDIS and Community Services sector - including sensitivity and confidentiality with the ability to display emotional intelligence when interacting with participants
* Prior experience in a front office role, handling reception responsibilities
* Proficiency with, or willingness to learn Google Workspace and CRM systems
* Experience and ability to support the reception team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* NDIS / Disability industry experience (preferred)
