About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This entry‐level position is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a supportive and fast‐paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day operations of the office.

What You'll Do

* Provide general administrative support to the team, including mail handling and banking tasks
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Manage filing, scanning, and document control processes
* Filing, scanning, and document management
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Support scheduling, appointments, and calendar management
* Maintain office supplies and assist with ordering as required
* Maintaining and updating office registers including staff, keys, inspections, uniforms
* Provide customer service support and sales support
* General duties to support Managers
* Support team by working on a Saturday rotation roster
