Our client an MSP provider is seeking a passionate Purview Support Engineer to join their high-performing team and play a pivotal role in their support team.

Candidates must possess 4 years of experience as a support engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on Microsoft Purview experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage all escalation support calls that pertain to Microsoft Purview
Support technical issues across the Windows stack
Manage backup solutions for customers including Veeam and Hyper-V
Mentor team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence
Experience deploying and managing MS Purview
Troubleshoot and install Microsoft Intune & Mobile Device Management
Managing backup and recovery activities including Veeam and/or Hyper-V
Experience installing and troubleshooting network issues (e.g., Cisco Maraki Routers and Switches)
Troubleshooting across the O365 Windows platforms
Installation of Microsoft 365 including troubleshooting and level 3 support
Installation, configuration and administration of cloud virtualization environments (e.g., Azure)
Essential technical skills include Microsoft Purview and Windows expertise, with additional skills being advantageous
