In this role you will work closely with other resolver teams within Unisys, the department and other vendors, so if you are eager to make a difference to our government and private clients, keep reading.The successful candidate will work with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement the Windows 11 endpoint environment, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM, Intune, iVanti and its supporting infrastructure, and a host of support applications.Work for this role includes BAU support of these services, including incident, change and problem management, as well as project work on service enhancements and system migrations.RequirementsExperience consulting or working in an enterprise environmentExperience with MECM / SCCM Infrastructure, patching and managementExperience with InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM.Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environmentsExtensive experience with designing and implementing SOE/MOEs, including:Windows and Security UpdatesAdvanced Group Policy ManagementTask Sequence creation and managementDeployment to an enterprise environmentExperience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell ScriptsExperience with Active Directory and Group Policy managementExperience with Applications Packaging, native and virtual, with some exposure or experience with MSI-XExperience with Security products including application whitelisting, anti-virus and USB hardeningExposure to PowerBI and Power AppsExposure to Microsoft SQL managementExcellent written, oral, and presentation skillsCreating documentation such as FAQ guides, SOPs, and transition support documents.Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Incident managementYou will be successful in this role if you have:The BenefitsPermanent position with flexible office hoursHybrid work from home and work from office structureAbility to teach and grow Level 1 and Level 2 team members on the account.People focused business with a supportive culture and great team.Growing account presence in Canberra - opportunities to learn multiple accounts and servicesSelf-Paced and onsite training available.Certifications:ITIL Foundation (optional),Microsoft Certifications on M365, MECM/SCCM, WindowsAny other IT certifications beneficialAdditional requirements:Australian Citizen with the ability to hold an AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred).
