This role assumes the critical responsibility of supporting project delivery teams and collaborating with asset owners to ensure successful completion of operational readiness activities. The primary objective is to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

* Closely collaborate with project delivery teams to comprehend scope and schedule, ensuring availability of operational readiness information.

* Liaise with asset owners to clarify operational readiness activities, facilitating and coordinating any identified gaps.

* Work closely with central support functions, including maintenance processes & systems, NPI & water management, engineering, and reliability, to ensure adherence and compliance with corporate standards and guidelines.
">
* Conduct spares criticality assessment, cataloguing, and stock holding in collaboration with site maintenance & engineering team and central asset management team.
">
* Create/update SAP function locations, equipment masters, BOMs, maintenance plans, maintenance items, task lists, etc. in collaboration with site maintenance & engineering team and central asset management team.

* Lead and facilitate meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

* Provide regular progress reports while actively managing schedules and budgets.
