You'll play a crucial role in the following duties that can include but not limited to:Shadow and assist parts colleaguesParticipate in parts interpreting, sales, warehousing and delivery dutiesProvide exceptional and professional customer service and sell parts to customersDevelop skills and knowledge in chosen tradeEnsure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they're requesting parts forDevelop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchasesProcess payments and prepare invoicesAbout you:Interested in a parts career in the truck retail industryEager to learn, customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skillsManual licence andForklift licence (desirable)Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)We also welcome:Car, agricultural, machinery and other parts experts looking to move into the industryTruck mechanics looking to move into partsHigh wages + penalty ratesParts apprenticeshipTraining and career advancementWell-equipped warehouses and facilitiesSocial events and support team environmentHealth and wellbeing support programsRetail, banking and health insurance discount programs$3,500 relocation packageHow to applyTake the next step by clicking apply now and follow all prompts.
