We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base and drive sales growth. If you’re passionate about building lasting client relationships and love a fast-paced, sales-focused environment — we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: This is a phone and computer-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing B2B customers via phone and email
- Process orders, respond to product inquiries, and handle customer queries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Develop a solid understanding of our product range to effectively communicate benefits and drive sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales and customer service preferred but essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- Strong relationship-building abilities and customer-first mindset
- Confidence using Outlook and CRM systems (training provided)
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
