Location: Yarra Falls, Melbourne (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

In this position, you'll be based in our Yarra Falls location. We're committed to your flexibility and wellbeing, and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our Communications Centre team, supporting custodians and primarily assisting subscribers of Intermediary Online through both written and verbal communication.

In this role, you'll be trusted to deliver accurate, timely, and professional support while meeting customer service and regulatory standards. You'll handle a wide range of enquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in every task
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of registry processes and subject matter
