As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our Communications Centre team, supporting custodians and primarily assisting subscribers of Intermediary Online through both written and verbal communication.
In this role, you'll be trusted to deliver accurate, timely, and professional support while meeting customer service and regulatory standards. You'll handle a wide range of enquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
