You'll work closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisors, gaining exposure to a wide range of financial operations across multiple entities. The Opportunity This newly created position will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of group financials. You'll be across key financial processes - including compliance, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting and year-end reporting - and contribute to the smooth operation of a growing, fast-paced finance team. Key Responsibilities Daily monitoring and reporting of bank balances across all entities Monthly bank reconciliations and preparation of rolling cash flow forecasts Uploading and recording tax-related payments, including land tax Preparation and submission of NSW payroll tax returns Monthly and quarterly BAS and IAS lodgements Reconciliation of ATO integrated client accounts and corporate credit cards Posting monthly sales journals and reconciling balance sheet items with leasing agents Recording and reconciling monthly settlement journals Assisting with preparation of year-end financial statements and audit packs What You Bring CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards Experience in property, investment, or project-based industries highly regarded Solid experience as a Financial Accountant or Senior Assistant Accountant Experience working across multiple entities High attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership over compliance and month-end processes Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems Why This Role?
