The role involves:
* Scheduling jobs and coordinating technician diaries
* Handling customer enquiries and service bookings
* Preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation
* Managing files, compliance documents, and project records
* Liaising with suppliers, builders, and internal teams
* Assisting with timesheets, basic accounts tasks, and general office duties
