The Position:
We are seeking a Branch Administrator to work with our Emerald Branch and help drive admin efficiency. The duties will include:
* Coordinating and organising site induction and onboarding
* Administration of our accommodation properties
* General accounting for the local team
* Assisting with OH&S compliance and reporting
* Local Fleet administration and maintenance management
* General Office and amenities management
About You:
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in a similar role
* Current Driver's License
* Familiarity / experience in Mine Site Inductions would be highly regarded
