Senior Systems Engineer – Culture Amp
Location: Melbourne, VIC, AU
Responsibilities
* Manage and scale AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Route 53, VPC, AppStream and Workspace environments.
* Drive automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
* Lead Okta administration, design complex workflows, and handle SSO/SCIM integrations.
* Manage Apple fleet using JAMF, ensuring zero‐touch deployment and security compliance.
* Administer Enterprise AI platforms such as Glean, Claude, Gemini.
* Maintain and optimise corporate and remote office networking using Cisco Meraki.
* Develop PowerShell or Python scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes.
* Provide L3 IT support for complex infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of Senior Infrastructure or Systems Engineering experience in a SaaS or cloud‐native environment.
* Deep hands‐on experience with core AWS services and proficiency in AppStream 2.0 and WorkSpaces.
* Proven Okta administration experience and ability to build and troubleshoot workflows.
* Expert knowledge of JAMF Pro for macOS management.
* Strong experience with Cisco Meraki enterprise environments.
* Experience with enterprise AI tools and understanding of security/identity requirements.
* Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
* Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management.
* Experience with modern workplace technologies such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Suite.

Location and Attendance
