Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers is looking for a Commissioning Manager who will be responsible for leading, planning, assuring all completions and commissioning activities from the Owner/Operators perspective. The suitable manager will also ensure all systems, equipment, and facilities are installed, tested, and fully operational in line with project specifications, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives. Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers is a leading Australian manufacturer focused on fertilizer production and sustainable energy solutions.
With a commitment to innovation and efficiency, PCF is developing Project Ceres, which is Australia's largest urea manufacturing plant, located in Karratha, Western Australia.
Responsibilities
* Lead, plan, and assure all completions and commissioning activities from the Owner/Operator perspective.
* Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure systems, equipment, and facilities meet project specifications, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.
* Oversee commissioning management activities and teams to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Process, or related discipline).
* Minimum 15+ years of relevant industrial commissioning experience (oil & gas, mining, energy, utilities, power generation or infrastructure).
* Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary commissioning teams.
* Knowledge of commissioning management systems and QA/QC standards.
* Proven experience in safety management and risk assessment.
* Experience with major project environments and working with EPC/EPCM contractors.
* Experience from Owner operator side is preferred.
* Deep knowledge of Ammonia/Urea process plants and mechanical systems.
* Strong background in Owner-side completions and commissioning oversight on large-scale chemical/petrochemical projects.
