We're seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to a senior leader within a well-regarded local organisation. This role will suit someone who enjoys being the go-to person — staying one step ahead, managing competing priorities, and keeping everything running seamlessly both in and outside the office, allowing the senior leader to focus on the bigger picture.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing day-to-day personal and administrative support
* Managing diaries, appointments, travel, and correspondence
* Coordinating meetings and preparing supporting documents
* Assisting with personal arrangements and confidential matters
* Acting as a trusted point of contact, maintaining discretion at all times
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the principal
About you:
* Experienced in a senior administration or PA role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Professional, personable, and comfortable dealing with confidential information
* Able to balance shifting priorities and maintain calm under pressure
* Confident using MS Office and modern digital tools to streamline work
