The role
Crown Sydney has a permanent opportunity for an experienced Hotel Duty Manager to join the team on a full‐time basis. Crown Resorts offers a fast paced, highly interactive environment where guest satisfaction and a luxury experience is paramount. As a Duty Manager, you'll be key in ensuring that hotel operations are delivered with a high level of excellence, whilst working collaboratively with the Valet Parking, Housekeeping and Concierge teams.
As a department leader, you'll play a key role in supporting your team and ensuring smooth operations. Your presence as a department leader will include guiding and supporting your team with guest‐related tasks and activity, resolving issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner, and ensuring that our guests enjoy elevated experiences during their visit to Crown Sydney.
You'll have
* Demonstrated leadership experience in a high‐volume, front office operation
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays)
* Opera Property Management Systems experience will be highly regarded
* A customer‐centric mindset with ability to anticipate the needs of guests and promptly manage enquiries
* Ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships across all areas
* Ability to coach, inspire and mentor your team
* Strength in working under pressure whilst managing multiple priorities
* Excellent communication with strong resolution and negotiation skills
* Permanent, unrestricted Australian working rights
