With projects across land, town homes, mixed use and commercial spaces, their VIC team is small, collaborative and well-supported by the head office. This business is known for its high standards, long-term thinking, and people-first culture. The Role: This Sales Associate position supports active sales offices across two projects - and will be split between a project in the West and project in the North - both fantastic growth corridors. You won’t be responsible for closing sales, but you’ll play a vital role in presenting projects, following up on enquiries, maintaining CRM accuracy and delivering a polished customer experience. Your week will be split between working alongside the Sales Consultant and working independently. On solo days, you’ll confidently present information to prospective buyers and ensure the display office is well-maintained and welcoming. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming and qualifying customers at the sales office Handling enquiries and following up with leads by phone and email Maintaining accurate CRM records Supporting national sales launches and builder engagement Assisting with reporting, competitor analysis and broader sales team admin Ensuring display offices are presentation-ready About You: You may have experience in real estate, property, building, retail or customer service – what matters most is your attitude and organisational ability. You’ll be confident speaking with customers, comfortable using systems, and motivated to keep things running smoothly.
