Job Vacancy – ICT Business Analyst

Location:
Dubbo, NSW (Remote / Hybrid working available for discussion)

Salary Range:
$90,000 – $100,000 per annum + superannuation

Employment Type:
Full Time – Ongoing

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for the role of ICT Business Analyst

This position will support our growing digital operations and internal systems. The successful applicant will analyse and improve business processes, manage information systems, and design SharePoint, Zoho and workflow solutions that support project delivery and internal collaboration.

An understanding of environmental or archaeological practises will be highly regarded, as it will support the analyst's ability to identify and align IT systems with field operations, project requirements, and reporting needs.

Core tasks will include:

* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
* Design, implement, and manage SharePoint, Zoho and workflow-based systems.
* Design, implement and maintain business systems processes.
* Translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications.
* Oversee and design software implementations and provide end-user training.
* Work closely with ecology and heritage teams to optimise data management and reporting tools.
* Manage IT suppliers, (including Managed Service Provider) and internal systems to ensure smooth operation.

To apply for this position, you must have:

* Minimum 4 years' experience in an IT, systems and process design, or business analysis role.
* Demonstrated experience designing, implementing managing
Custom
SharePoint environments.
* Demonstrated experience in designing and managing Zoho Creator applications.
* Strong analytical and documentation skills, both technical and user facing.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable competencies:

·
Experience in all standard Microsoft Office computer programs and industry specific programs including GIS.

* Experience or qualification in
archaeology, ecology, or environmental science
highly regarded.
* Advanced Photoshop, Acrobat or other branding and documentation tools.
