About The Opportunity
As a Loans Processor, you will be responsible for various key tasks that ensure the smooth processing of loan applications. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Interest rate pricing and upfront valuations.
- Scanning and filing documents accurately.
- Handling post-settlement duties as required.
- Completing servicing calculators for multiple lenders.
- Document requests and preparation, including verification of living expenses.
- Generating loan applications, required compliance documents, and online application forms.
- Following up with lenders, clients, and solicitors to ensure timely processing.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Prior experience within the mortgage industry.
- A solid understanding of a variety of lender policies and products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Flex Software and Broker Engine
- Clear and effective communication skills, both in person and via phone and email.
