About the Role
ETA is partnering with a leading WA contractor to appoint experienced SMP Supervisors on a permanent basis. You’ll lead structural, mechanical and piping crews to deliver secure, high-quality outcomes on a 2:1 FIFO roster ex-Perth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site activities: pre-starts, JHAs/SWMS, permits, toolbox talks
- Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors to program and quality
- Interface with Engineering, QA/QC and HSE; maintain progress reporting and timesheets
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site procedures
About You
- Australian trade qual (Boilermaker, Pipefitter, Mechanical Fitter) or equivalent
- Section 26 or Section 44 appointment (or ability to obtain)
- White Card, Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
- National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or willing to obtain
- Valid WA C-Class Driver’s Licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical incl. fitness & drug/alcohol screening
- Proven SMP supervision on mining/resources projects; strong comms & basic computer skills
- Perth-based for interview and mobilisation
