Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to source and refine health and safety training content.
* Analyse learning objectives and stakeholder needs to determine effective delivery methods.
* Design and format impactful, user-friendly training materials using standard software tools, meeting accessibility and compliance standards.
* Coordinate logistical and administrative aspects of training and program delivery, including registrations, venue management, catering, and visually appealing communications.
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health and Safety Training Framework by identifying competency gaps and recommending solutions.
