Customer Field Technician Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
* Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering and splicing
* Installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services
* Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
Your typical day could involve installing and maintaining nbn equipment at customers premises, providing exceptional customer service, and working on various tasks related to nbn technologies.
About You
We are seeking experienced candidates with strong communication skills, as well as those with transferable skills from a communication cabling or electrical background. A current and clean Driver's License is also essential for this role.
A significant portion of this job involves working in customers premises, so it is crucial that you have excellent customer service skills, honesty, integrity, self-management, and motivation.
