Job Description
* Key Responsibilities:
* Independently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL's and IADL's.
* Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
* Participate in training and receive formal 1:1 supervision.
* Engage in monthly peer group supervision with the wider QLD team.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current membership with SPA as a Speech Pathologist.
* An interest in working with people of all ages and abilities.
* The ability to work autonomously out in the community while linking in with a larger team.
* A driver's licence and full access to a vehicle.
