About the Role:
A leading design and construct firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through winning new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, CONSULTANTS, LANDLORDS, AND AGENTS
* Collaborate with internal design and delivery teams
* Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
* Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
This role suits a mid to senior-level BDM or Sales Executive who already has an established network within the commercial fitout and refurbishment space.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven business development or sales experience within commercial fitout, refurbishment, or related sectors
* Strong existing network within the Melbourne property and construction market
* Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to deliver results
