Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kyneton, VIC, with opportunities available for both Paediatric Occupational Therapists and Paediatric Speech Pathologists. The roles involve providing evidence-based assessments and therapies, developing and delivering personalized intervention programs, and supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure client-centered practices. Responsibilities also include documentation, progress tracking, and participating in case conferences to ensure children reach their developmental goals.
Qualifications
* Strong foundational knowledge and expertise in pediatric development and therapeutic approaches.
* Ability to develop customized assessment and intervention plans tailored to individual child and family needs.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with families, educators, and team members in a multidisciplinary setting.
* Time management and organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain accurate documentation.
* Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology, with current registration or eligibility to register with the appropriate governing body.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and familiarity with evidence-based practices.
* Previous experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays is highly desirable.
