The property includes Samuels on Mill, a brasserie-style restaurant and bar, with seasonal menus celebrating West Australian makers and produce. Parmelia Hilton Perth offers 308 guest rooms, an Executive Lounge, pool, fitness centre and events facilities.

Responsibilities
Contributes to a creative and contemporary dessert program, including “special menus” following trends and demands in the restaurant and events.
A dietary requirements wizard.
Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment.
Contribute to the control of costs.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
Qualifications / About You
Minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered).
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered).
Great flexibility with a minimum of 3 days' availability.
Minimum 2 years of pastry experience in a similar role (hotel background preferable).
