* Coordinate and support the delivery of multi-site construction projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance, performance, and safety standards are met.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using industry-standard tools.
* Provide Ticket of work systems (Procore) support to the field-based staff and construction partners.
* Prepare and present project reports, tracking progress and identifying risks or delays.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.
* Facilitate ongoing collaboration with the Site Manager through regular team meetings to review project progress, address emerging issues, and monitor cost performance.
* Coordinate closely with field-based teams to manage change requests, traffic permits, project start dates, and material deliveries, while proactively resolving site-specific design and construction challenges.
What You Will Do
* Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive successful project outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
* Ensure timely and accurate communication of project information to all relevant parties.
* Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project schedules and deliverables.
You Will Be Successful In The Role If You:
* Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or Officer role within construction or a related field.
* Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* Be highly organized and proactive, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Be proficient in project management software and tools, including Procore and MS Project.
* Have a good understanding of electrical, solar, and battery construction practices.
* Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
