Job Description
As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all bulky deliveries to both customers and stores, with end-to-end visibility of all last-mile activities. Additionally, this role will have ownership of monitoring the movement of all bulky items, logistics and customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, supporting delivery personnel, handling complaints, all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
* Participating in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring a clean and safe operating environment.
* Supporting carrier management through upskilling, KPI compliance and preparing reporting (end of day / weekly/ monthly).
* Coordinating with stores, customer service team and carrier to provide timely resolutions to customer services related matters.
* Following up on orders and promptly notify customers of any delay or issue related to their order.
* Liaising with warehouse team to rectify inventory/shipment errors.
* Maintaining strong relationships with the Customer Service team by responding to all customer requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Requirements
You will need:
* 2+ years of logistics experience desirable
* Retail & E-Commerce experience desirable
* General knowledge of software to include Microsoft Office Suite, warehouse software and other logistics related software
* Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, 6am to 2pm
