Overview
Regalvale Properties is seeking a qualified or nearly qualified Valuer to accelerate their career under a one-on-one mentorship. You will predominantly conduct commercial/industrial valuations (70%) and the remainder residential, delivering accurate, evidence based, high-quality and timely reports to clients.
Responsibilities
* Produce valuation reports for commercial/industrial and residential properties.
* Ensure accuracy and evidence based analysis in all reports.
* Meet client deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with the team and progress under mentorship to grow into a senior Valuer.
Qualifications
* Completed or in final year of a Bachelor's Degree in Property and Valuation or equivalent.
* Strong capability in following structured processes to completion.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Work Environment
Standard Monday-Friday hours, with the opportunity to work more remotely as experience grows.
