Salary - $145k -$170k+super (negotiable depending on experience)

About the Role
We're seeking a
Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant
to drive end-to-end payroll system implementations and deliver best-practice solutions for clients. This role requires hands-on expertise in payroll systems, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* 2–5 years' experience in complex, end-to-end payroll implementation and service delivery
* Deep knowledge of
Payroll (essential), HR, Portal or Time Management systems
* Strong
Australian payroll legislation and compliance knowledge
(essential)
* Proven experience leading implementation projects
from design to go-live
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives, cross-functional teams, and vendors
* Experience with
SAP ERP
highly desirable
* Track record of delivering end to end payroll implementation in a complex environment
