We are a well established Recruitment and Project management Company with offices in Perth, Mandurah and Port Hedland. We have experienced superb growth, with well established contracts in place across both Government and private sectors.
To aid further growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment/Branch Manager with an entrepreneurial style, who wants the freedom to develop this established Perth branch and its existing team further, whilst receiving pro-active support when required.
- A basic salary of between $100,000 to $120,000, excellent commission/bonus scheme (can be customised to motivate you), Fuel card, laptop, phone etc. with ongoing reviews based on performance and growth.
- The opportunity to provide input on their contract/terms/conditions.
- Ability to discuss some flexibility over working hours.
- Super West Perth offices (near Kings Park, with windows that open to fresh air), with free parking.
- Able to contribute to setting targeted deliverables.
**Desirable skills**:
- **_People Manager_** - Day to day management of existing Senior Recruitment and Recruitment consultants, covering most industry sectors, leading by example, acting as a role model, motivating and leading the team and client relationship management.
- **_Progressive leadership_** - We welcome your ideas that will help further business/branch growth.
- **_Financial acumen - _**Deliver a branch budget to support the achievement of business objectives, in order to personally benefit, whilst driving company growth.
- **_Experience in growth and development_** - Liaise with our in-house support team to support and develop the growth of each team member. Drive new business opportunities through new and existing networks and work with the team to market map new opportunities.
**Preferred Experience**:
- 3+ years in recruitment/labour-hire organisation.
- Knowledge of Recruitment management software i.e. Job adder.
- Proven success in man-management and development
