We are seeking a motivated Microsoft Cloud Support Engineer on a full-time ongoing basis to manage, optimise and support our Microsoft Azure environment. This role will contribute to the development and delivery of GHA's cloud strategy, ensuring seamless integration between cloud and on-premise systems while driving innovation and efficiency across the region.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Develop and maintain a cloud services strategy, supporting digital transformation and innovation.
* Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure.
* Optimise Azure resources including virtual machines, storage accounts, and network configurations.
* Automate processes, implement cost-saving measures, and improve operational efficiency.
* Ensure security best practices and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and regional partners to deliver successful ICT outcomes.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
* Year 12 education or equivalent, with a current Driver's Licence.
* Extensive experience working with Microsoft cloud environments (Azure, Entra, M365).
* Strong network diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Experience securing cloud and on-premise environments.
* Proven ability to deliver successful ICT projects in complex environments.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a focus on continuous improvement.
