What you will do

As a Senior Safer Communities Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our university-wide approach to safety, prevention, and early intervention by:

* knowledge of trauma-informed services, external support agencies, referral procedures and issues impacting student wellbeing in the higher education context.
* exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to deliver meaningful outcomes.
* a current Blue Card for Working with Children (or be eligible to obtain and maintain).

Benefits

* A positive, inclusive culture that values your expertise.
* Opportunities for professional growth and development.
* The chance to shape safer community practices with real, meaningful outcomes for students.
* Flexible work options and generous superannuation contributions.
