The purpose of the role is to provide high level executive support to the Executive Director(s) of SSSQ and IPP to coordinate and provide comprehensive, timely, effective high-quality executive business support to officers within the respective OEDs.
As An Executive Support Officer, You Will
Provide administrative and program support to Executive Directors including maintaining effective time management practices through coordinating diary appointments including prioritising and initiating necessary action.
Maintain two Executive Directors diaries including organisation of meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, travel arrangements including accommodation.
Consult and negotiate with senior management and other agency senior officers to resolve any matters as appropriate to the role.
Provide quality services to the Executive Directors in written correspondence, excel, OneNote, presentations and data input.
Action cross divisional work including assisting the Executive Directors and Principal Program Officers, with managing action outcomes and discreet project work, as required.
Maintain effective working relationships with the Department and officers at all levels within public and private sectors in relation to Division's activities.
Examine, disseminate and monitor all incoming correspondence (including emails received by the Executive Directors) and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Your Mandatory Requirements
A secretarial diploma or equivalent would be highly regarded
NDIS Worker Screening clearance (mandatory before commencing)
