**Digital Performance Analyst**
Contract: 12 months
Extension: 12 months x 2
Clearance: Minium Baseline
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop automated reports and analyse data to uncover insights into key performance metrics, utilising PowerBI and Azure DevOps data.
- Present analysis documentation to senior executives for approval and decision-making.
- Prepare technical and system documents to support reporting and analysis efforts as needed.
- Identify and propose solutions for process redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Demonstrated experience with high-volume operational data and information.
- Proficiency in analysis using platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive improvements in business and customer outcomes.
- Effective communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships to gather reporting requirements and provide operational data for decision-making.
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude, able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Highly desirable: Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and manipulation.
