Hours: 24 hours per week to start (growth to full-time within 12–24 months)

About the Role
This position supports both our construction and pre‑construction teams to keep projects moving efficiently. You’ll work across estimating, scheduling, contracts admin and more — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys seeing projects progress from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with estimating and variation pricing
- RFQs and creating purchase orders
- Contracts administration and council applications
- Enter and track invoices against purchase orders
- Liaise with the construction manager and assist with day‑to‑day operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working within a residential building or construction company
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Good understanding of job progression and scheduling
- Confident using Outlook, Excel, and general computer systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail
- Willingness to learn multiple aspects of a up-to-date construction company
- Positive, proactive attitude — we’re a small, close‑knit team that values initiative and a good sense of humor
Nice to Have
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, and contracts administration
- Familiarity with construction management software (training provided)

Remuneration
$70,000 - $90,000 pro rata to hours worked. Package depending on experience
