Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
* Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional objectives.
* Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory management.
* Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
* Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team well-being.
* Coordinate staff training, recruitment, payroll, and HR activities.
* Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Current and valid Australian driver's license.
* Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
* Experience or knowledge of industrial or bearing/power transmission products is advantageous.
