What's on Offer?
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll be a vital part of our Finance team, managing the complete accounts receivable cycle while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Proactively following up invoices and progress claims for payment, ensuring payment is received by due date.
* Frequently communicating with customers to resolve queries and account issues in a timely manner.
* Processing daily bank statements, allocating receipts/payments, and reconciling accounts.
* Completing banking and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and reports.
* Assisting the Accounts team with general accounting and administrative duties.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.
* Reviewing contract documentation for accuracy on final accounts.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role (experience in construction or a related field is a bonus).
* Experience in delivering quality customer service, using initiative to manage difficult situations, and responding promptly and professionally to stakeholder needs.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
* Capable of developing and improving accounts receivable processes.
