Randstad is searching for a Governance Integrity Officer who possesses a keen eye for detail.
About your new role
Part-time 3-4 days a week.
* Coordinate the response to a major independent performance audit focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and economy.
* Manage information requests, serve as the day-to-day contact for a private auditing firm, schedule meetings and upload documentation.
Responsibilities include:
* Proven ability to manage and coordinate responses to both independent performance audits and the organisation's internal audit function.
* Experience coordinating the receipt and allocation of information requests, uploading documentation, and acting as the primary day-to-day contact for external and internal auditors.
* Skill in scheduling meetings, walk-throughs, and providing related governance advice throughout the audit process.
* Ability to manage multiple audits concurrently.
* Extensive experience identifying and mitigating strategic and operational risks; demonstrated ability to maintain a Strategic Risk Register.
* Proven capacity to coordinate and chair a Risk Champions group.
* Experience undertaking/supporting risk assessments and revising the annual risk maturity self-assessment.
* Experience working for government.
