Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement (CNC C ZA7-ZA8)
76 hours per fortnight
Full Time, Permanent
ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.

Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced Healthcare Professionals to expand their career working at the Greater Bendigo Loddon Campaspe Mental Health and Wellbeing – The Local with Echuca Regional Health.
This is an exciting current role within an innovative service aimed at transforming Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs care and support for people aged 26 and over. This position will assist in the delivery of clinical services complemented by wellbeing supports, peer involvement and lived experience perspectives.
Key responsibilities
Deliver treatment co-designed with clients, following a structured approach with shared care and a recovery-based model
Recognise and respond to deterioration in mental state and coordinate with the team to maintain safety and ensure client/family/carer preferences are supported
Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatments, coping strategies and ongoing support resources
Facilitate referrals to Area Mental Health & Wellbeing and other services through assessments, psychiatric evaluations, crisis coordination and expert mental health advice
Participate in multi-disciplinary teams, offering discipline-specific advice and guidance to staff and students
Provide evidence-based group sessions
Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
Qualifications/experience
Bachelor Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Nursing
Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Registered Nurse
Registration as a Mental Health Social Worker with AASW
Minimum of 5 years' experience
A Current Australian Drivers License
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities
Relevant Post Graduate Qualifications/ Certifications in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing and/or equivalent
