Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Night Supervisor to join our Front Office Team. This is a key role that requires attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This full-time position involves covering the Night Manager's rostered days off (Wednesday & Thursday) and includes overnight room service and general public area cleaning responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete all daily auditing tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Oversee hotel operations in the absence of the Night Manager
* Prepare and deliver the overnight Room Service menu
* Perform front office duties including guest check-in/check-out, responding to guest requests, and managing incoming calls
* Maintain hotel safety and security standards
* Uphold exceptional presentation across all hotel areas
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous hotel Front Office experience essential; Night Audit experience highly regarded
* Outstanding customer service and strong communication skills
* Ability to think quickly, prioritise effectively, and manage time confidently
* Innovative, solutions-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
* Strong problem-identification and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work overnight shifts on a 7-day rotating roster
* Practical working knowledge of the OPERA property management system
