What You'll Be Doing
Work alongside a passionate team to deliver fresh, flavoursome dishes with consistency and flair.
Keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of food presentation and hygiene.
Stay organised and efficient through smart prep, planning, and communication.
Support your teammates with positivity and professionalism — no job too big or small
Contribute to stock management, cost control, and minimising waste.
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (completed).
Experience in a busy restaurant, bistro, or hotel kitchen.
A genuine love for great food and a hunger to learn and grow.
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen procedures.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
High standards of presentation, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Full Australian working rights.
