Foundation Recruitment are seeking a hands-on experienced Site Manager to join our client's growing team in Darwin. This role is central to
leading and managing the production of modular buildings
, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within specification, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing workflow, while collaborating closely with trades, supervisors, and production staff to meet operational targets.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the day-to-day operations of modular building production
* Collaborate closely with subcontractors and production teams to drive performance and achieve production targets
* Coordinate workflow, production schedules, and resource allocation
* Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained
* Oversee construction and assembly activities, providing guidance rather than performing manual tasks
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and output
* Communicate effectively with senior management regarding progress, risks, and outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience managing construction teams across manufacturing, or modular building
* Strong organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
* Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve operational KPIs with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
