Facilities and Assets – Facilities and Property Operations Administrator ECH INC • Kidman Park, SA, AU

Working closely with the Senior Manager – Facilities and Asset Management, you will play a key role in supporting the day‐to‐day operations of maintenance and asset management services across multiple sites.

You'll coordinate work orders, support contractors and service providers, manage financial and procurement processes, and maintain accurate systems and reporting. This role is central to ensuring responsive, compliant and well‐coordinated service delivery for residents, staff and stakeholders.

You'll make an impact by
* Managing and coordinating maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate tracking.
* Providing administrative support including documentation, correspondence and reporting.
* Processing invoices and purchase orders in line with budgets and approval processes.
* Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and document control practices.
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and distributing minutes and action items.
* Supporting facilities management systems, including data integrity, reporting and user administration.
* Liaising with contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution.
* Monitoring compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
* Contributing to continuous improvement, reporting and business support activities.
What you'll bring
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Current South Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites.
* The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced operational environment while delivering accurate, timely and high‐quality work.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Confidence working across systems and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, with a professional and service‐focused mindset.
