They're now adding a Business Development Manager in NSW to help open new doors, win new customers, and shape the next phase of their expansion.

The Portfolio (this is the good part)
You'll be responsible for a broad, highly sticky product range including:
* High-usage medical consumables with repeat ordering built in
* Essential equipment used across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
* Smart, technology-backed solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes
These aren't "nice-to-have" products.
They're mission-critical, well-supported, and backed by a business that delivers what it promises.
That means:
* Easier conversations with clinicians and decision-makers

The Role: Proper Business Development
This is a true BDM role, not a warm-account maintenance gig.
You'll be trusted to:
* Identify and research new healthcare customers across NSW
* Proactively prospect through drop-ins, calls, follow-ups and referrals
* Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement
* Own onboarding and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless start
* Build long-term relationships and uncover upsell and expansion opportunities
* Manage your pipeline in CRM and report weekly on performance and activity
* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and leadership to shape go-to-market strategy
You'll have autonomy over your patch, support behind the scenes, and the freedom to sell in a way that works.
