We're working with a well-regarded accounting and advisory firm based in Hope Island on the northern Gold Coast.
Known for their personalised approach and long-standing client relationships, they're now seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team.
This is a flexible opportunity available either part-time or full-time to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, provide strategic tax and business advice, and help mentor junior staff within a modern, collaborative office environment.
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for a range of entities
* Providing strategic tax and business advisory services to clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior accountants
* Ensuring compliance with current tax legislation and industry standards
* Contributing to internal process improvements and workflow efficiency
What You'll Bring to the Role:
* CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
* 5+ years' experience in public practice accounting
* Strong working knowledge of Xero, XPM, and cloud-based platforms
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills
* A proactive, self-driven approach with strong time management and attention to detail
