Job Overview
As an Employment Support Specialist, you will connect people with disabilities to employment by promoting services and building strong relationships within the community. You will develop caseloads, manage client enquiries, guide them through eligibility processes, and provide ongoing support and follow-up.
You will represent the organization at job fairs, expos, and employment events to promote services and attract clients. You will engage employers and clients through various initiatives and facilitate access to social support services such as food banks, medical centers, and allied health providers.
