Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a full-time Rental Sales Officer to join our Adelaide Airport team. The position will be part of a rotating roster which may include working evenings or weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply
About the role
Primary tasks include:
* Servicing the vehicle rental requirements of our valued customers
* Offering information and additional services based on the customers' needs
* Taking bookings and communicating with customers via phone, email and in-person
* Checking and grooming of vehicles on return of rental
* Providing a high level of customer service
About You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Desire to provide outstanding Customer Service
* Ability to learn and operate various software systems
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* A strong team ethic
* Current, unrestricted driver's licence
* A basic understanding of the Car Rental Industry would be a bonus
