The Role You will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the business while supporting month-end, compliance, payroll, and management reporting activities. You will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across the business, supporting both group-level and operational finance activities. Key Responsibilities Review bank reconciliations across multiple entities/sites Review and reconcile accounts payable, credit cards, and weekly payment runs Reconcile accounts receivable balances Manage monthly distributions to contractor doctors Process payroll across multiple entities, including superannuation payments Oversee reconciliation of Xero files across the group Complete payroll tax, BAS, and PAYG calculations Assist with annual audit and tax requirements Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations Prepare management reporting and financial analysis Work closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership team on finance initiatives and projects About You To be successful in this role, you will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and sees change and expansion as an opportunity rather than a challenge.
