About This Role
We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our teams in delivering projects across Greater Sydney, the Illawarra and the Hunter regions. As a project manager at WEM Civil, you will be responsible for ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with projects.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the required standards and quality expectations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in project management within the civil construction industry.
* Strong commercial contractual and financial management skills including budgeting, cost control and reporting.
* Familiarity with industry standards, regulations and best practices.
